RETURN POLICY

The following applies for all items UNLESS marked "Final Sale" in the description:
For orders within the USA:
Full Refunds - You may return all or part of your order for a full refund within 7 days of receipt.*
Store Credit - You may return all or part of your order for store credit within 10 days of receipt.*
*Original shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund/store credit amount. Sale items are considered final and cannot be returned.
No returns are accepted past 10 days.
Returns will only be accepted if:
-Items are in the same condition as they were received.
-All tag(s) must remain attached. -Your return is requested and postmarked within 7 days of delivery for a full refund, or 10 days of delivery for store credit.

If you would like to make a return, please follow these steps:
1. Send an email to contact@thebeautybar.miami and let us know what you would like to return. Make sure you include your name and order number (if you have it) in the email.
2. Pack your item(s) carefully. You can use the box we shipped it in, or your own packaging. Please note: the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
3. Please ship your return item(s) to the following address:

Once we receive the item(s), we'll send you an email confirming your refund amount. For full refunds, please allow 3-5 business days for the credit to post in your account.
For store credit returns, we'll send you a confirmation email that includes a store credit code. Store credit codes are valid towards future purchases within 10 days from the date of issue.
Please Note:
-All orders (shipped USA) are considered FINAL and returns will not be accepted for refund or store credit after 10 Days .
